Located by the harbor in Hvammstangi, Icelandic Seal Center and Húnaþing vestra Tourist Information Centre are open as follows:
- Summer opening: May 15 to September 15 - Open every day from 10:00 to 17:00
- Winter opening: September 16 to May 14 - Open weekdays from 12:00 to 16:00
